White-label aerial capture for survey firms

Add drone LiDAR and photogrammetry to your service without buying the fleet. We capture to your specification, hand over every raw file and never approach your client.

01What we hear

The problems we’re asked to solve.

Subcontract aerial LiDAR and photogrammetry capture for survey practices, delivered under your brand with full raw data handover.
  1. 01

Clients asking for aerial data you cannot yet supply

Your clients want LiDAR and orthomosaics as part of the package. Buying enterprise aircraft, sensors and processing software, and maintaining a CAA operational authorisation, is a significant commitment for work that may come in bursts.

  2. 02

    Workload peaks you cannot staff

When three large sites land in the same month, your field teams cannot cover them all. Turning work away, or delaying it, costs you the relationship as much as the fee.

  3. 03

Handing your client to a competitor

Most drone operators also sell direct. Putting one in front of your client risks them being approached for the next job. You need a partner who works for you and nobody else on that project.

  4. 04

    Deliverables you cannot check

A processed point cloud with no raw data, no control observations and no checkpoint report is a black box. You are putting your name and your professional indemnity on it, so you need to be able to audit it.

  5. 05

    Consistency with your own standards

Your clients expect your datum, your feature codes, your layer conventions and your report template. Data that arrives in someone else's format creates rework and inconsistencies across the job.

03Procurement & compliance

Easy to appoint. Easy to audit.

How white-label work with us runs

  1. NDA first. We sign yours, or supply ours, before you share any client or site details.
  2. Your brief. You set the specification, datum, control, tolerances and deliverables. We confirm what the aircraft and sensors can achieve against them.
  3. Capture. Our crew attends as part of your team. We can arrive unbranded and introduce ourselves in whatever way you prefer.
  4. Handover. Raw and processed data go to you, never to your client, along with a QA report you can issue under your own name or adapt to your template.

Raw data you receive as standard

  • Original geotagged images with full EXIF and camera metadata.
  • GNSS base station observation files in RINEX, and aircraft positioning logs.
  • Raw LiDAR sensor files and trajectory data, plus processed LAS/LAZ if you want them.
  • Ground control and checkpoint coordinates with the raw observations used to derive them.
  • Flight logs, mission plans and a processing report showing checkpoint residuals and RMSE.

Non-solicitation and liability

We do not approach your clients, and we are happy to put that in writing in a non-solicitation clause that covers the project and a reasonable period afterwards. If your client contacts us directly, we refer them back to you. We carry £10m public liability insurance (Coverdrone), and fly under our own CAA Operational Authorisation (Specific category), so you do not need a CAA authorisation of your own for the aerial element.

05FAQ

Common questions

No. We will sign a non-solicitation clause covering the project and a period after it. If your client approaches us directly, we refer them back to you. Survey firms are a core part of our business, and that only works if you can trust us with your clients.

Yes. We can attend in plain PPE and unmarked vehicles, and introduce ourselves on site in whatever way you prefer. If your client needs to see our RAMS or operational authorisation for site access, we can supply them in a way agreed with you beforehand.

Either. Some firms want raw data only so they can process it in their own software; others want classified point clouds, orthomosaics or finished CAD. We can also meet in the middle, for example supplying a registered, georeferenced point cloud for your team to extract features from.

Everything we collect: original images with EXIF, GNSS base observations in RINEX, aircraft positioning logs, raw LiDAR and trajectory files, control and checkpoint observations, flight logs and the processing report. Nothing is held back, so you can reprocess or audit the survey independently.

Yes. Send us your control listing and coding or layer template and we will work to it. Where we set new control, we observe it with survey-grade GNSS, provide the observations and coordinates, and report how it ties to your existing stations.

Per project, per day or per hectare, depending on what suits the job and how you price it to your client. Recurring work, such as monthly volumetric surveys, can be priced per visit. We quote quickly so you can put a figure into your own tender without holding it up.

We are responsible for the aerial capture and any processing we carry out, and hold £10m professional indemnity insurance to back that up. Your firm remains responsible for the survey you issue to your client. The QA report and raw data are there so your checks can confirm our work before it goes out under your name.
